Every successful business starts by solving a problem for the consumer. Someone has a problem arise, they search for a solution, find there isn’t exactly what they need or want, and BOOM! There is your business idea.

BEYOND was birthed the exact same way.

Being in the fitness industry for a few years has taught me many things about how to build relationships with others and how those relationships, in turn, can either make or break your goals. In 1-1 training, relationships can be pretty easy and organic to build, because ideally, you are seeing this person multiple times, every week. I have actually met one of my most cherished friends through training her as a client. There is plenty of time and opportunity to get to know one another and build a relationship through your time together and in return, this typically keeps clients consistent in their healthy actions. This is exactly why online training is difficult for a lot of people to be successful with.

Problem:

You’re a busy person, who wants to prioritize their health, but doesn’t want to spend the time writing their own workouts or figuring out which fad diet works. You also struggle with discipline when life gets crazy or knowing exactly what to do in your day to day to reach your goals, BUT you don’t necessarily want or need a 1-1 personal trainer.

Solution:

When I started building BEYOND, HOMEFIT’s online training app, one thing I wanted to make sure was not neglected was a true client-trainer relationship. I wanted to find a way to encompass all the benefits (and maybe even more) my 1-1 clients get from me as their trainer, completely virtual.  I wanted to find a way to reach more people, but never lose the quality of work I have worked so hard to keep. This concept is how BEYOND, and everything it offers, was built.

The fitness space is so saturated and when you don’t live in this space every day, you can get very overwhelmed with all the information people throw at you. Between Instagram workouts and TikTok recipes, you’re trying something new every week, not seeing results, and wasting time trying to figure out which part is wrong. We want to take the guesswork out of your busy lifestyle, and take the reins on this one for you.

As a BEYOND client, your trainer will teach you valuable skills regarding your nutrition and how to reach your goals while still doing and eating the things you enjoy. With our software, we are able to see exactly what foods you are eating, and make suggestions every week, specific to the day and meal choices, to help you LEARN as you continue through your program, and not just try new fads every week. Every program is built with you and your goals in mind, specifically tailored to your lifestyle.  With our extensive intake form and open communication between you and your trainer, we are certain we can build a program that will fit right into your life, instead of adding one more chore.

You will receive video check-in responses from your trainer every week going over your personalized profile and check-in form discussing consistency in your daily habits, workouts, step counts, cardio sessions, and any questions or concerns regarding your program. I chose to do video check-ins for multiple reasons, one being you get to learn your trainer and their personality, creating that personal relationship that sets you up for success. You get to invest in the whole experience and process, instead of reading your program from a PDF and getting a text from your trainer one time a week.

Because everything within your program is tailored to you specifically, your discipline in the program will become something of second nature. This isn’t an 8-week challenge or a copy-and-paste program you can buy off social media, this is where you will learn not only WHAT to do to reach your goals, but HOW to implement them into your life effectively and long-term.

While I truly believe anyone reading this could benefit from BEYOND, it was built for the busy people out there that don’t need one more thing to take on but rather put trust in someone who can help them navigate their health goals and reach them efficiently.
